The Livingston Symphony Orchestra is one of the finest regional ensembles in the State of New Jersey.  With roots in suburban Essex County,  the group has been delighting audiences since 1956.Under the skilled direction of internationally acclaimed Conductor Istvan Jaray, Livingston Symphony Orchestra continues to bring together the community of music lovers from far and wide to celebrate the greatest works ever composed.

Notice: Next rehearsal is Tuesday, May 27th, 2014 at 7:30PM at the Livingston High School Orchestra room, 30 Robert Harp Dr, Livingston, NJ.  All musicians are requested to attend. This is our last rehearsal before the dress rehearsal on May 30th.

2013-2014 Young Artist Concerto Competition

Congratulations to Jessica Hong, Winner of this years Young Artist Concerto Competition! She performed Edouardo Lalo's Cello Concerto in D Minor with the Livingston Symphony Orchestra as part of our concert on March 22nd.
